You are soon moving into a new home, house or apartment, and you already have a headache thinking about all the paperwork you will need to do. Especially when it comes to subscribing to electricity! However, nothing could be easier than choosing your contract and subscribing to a supplier. We explain how in detail.
Subscribe to EDF easily
Whether this is your very first electricity contract or you are changing supplier to switch to EDF, it is time to take out an electricity offer. The subscription process is very simple and very fast, you even have the choice between doing it entirely online or rather going by phone by contacting an EDF advisor.
To contact EDF online, go to the supplier's website and choose “I'm moving”. A route with a form to fill in will then guide you in your subscription to the offer of your choice, asking you for the necessary information as you go.
If you prefer by phone, dial 09 69 32 15 15 to reach customer service. An advisor will then guide you in your subscription and take your request into account. It is recommended, to make your process easier, to bring your meter reading.
