Description of the accommodation

The residence L'Orée de Montpellier is a residence composed of 17 buildings of 2 floors maximum, spread over 7 hectares of land. We have a total of 381 apartments within the complex, of which 278 are available for rent. 3 outdoor pools are available in summer, 1 petanque, laundry and a snack bar open all year. Located just 10 minutes drive from Montpellier. We are accessible from the city center by tram (line 1 and 3 to the MOSSON stop) and then by bus (line 40 to the Justin Bec stop). The latter passes every hour. We offer a free shuttle service for students, from Monday to Friday to the main schools in the Montpellier West area (Montpellier Business School, IUT Montpellier, Paul Valéry, University of Science, STAPS) and tram stops lines 1 and 3. Nearby and accessible by bus is a Lidl, a bakery, a post office, a pharmacy, a bar-tobacco, Intermarché and various other businesses.
