Each apartment is easily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and tableware. The apartments also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a work space. The area offers you several shopping opportunities and excellent public transport connections. The rental price includes an advance payment for utilities such as gas, water and electricity. Registration with the Municipality is still possible. In addition to the 1st month's rent that must be paid via Uniplaces to reserve the room, there is a deposit that must be paid before your moving date as well as one-off agency fees. The one-time agency fee includes new bed linen and end-of-room cleaning. The deposit is of course refundable at the end of your stay if no damage or excessive use of utilities has occurred. The Rental Agreement will only be sent to you once the reservation is complete and you will sign it digitally online before your moving date. The minimum stay is 3 months with one calendar month's notice of termination.
