Our shared apartments meet all your daily living requirements. Each apartment is easily equipped with a kitchen with refrigerator, cooking utensils and tableware. The apartments also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linens and a work space. The area offers you several shopping opportunities and excellent public transport connections. The rental price includes an advance payment for utilities such as gas, water and electricity. Registration with the Municipality is still possible. In addition to the 1st month's rent which must be paid via Uniplaces to reserve the room, there is a deposit of 1250 euros which must be paid before your move-in date as well as the one-off agency fee of 149 euros. The one-time agency fee includes new bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning of the room. The deposit is of course refundable at the end of your stay if no damage or overuse of utilities has occurred. The rental agreement will only be sent to you once the reservation is complete and you will sign it digitally online before your move-in date. The minimum stay is 3 months with one calendar month's notice of termination.
