Each apartment is easily equipped with a kitchen, including a refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. The apartments also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi. Each room is fully furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen and a workspace. The area offers you several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport. The rental price includes an advance payment for utilities such as gas, water and electricity. Registration with the Municipality is still possible. In addition to the 1st month's rent that must be paid via Uniplaces to reserve the room, there is a deposit that must be paid before your move-in date as well as the one-off agency fee. The one-off agency fee includes new bed linen and the end cleaning of the room. The deposit is of course refundable at the end of your stay if no damage or excessive use of utilities has occurred. The Rental Agreement will only be sent to you once the booking is complete and you will sign it digitally online before your move-out date. The minimum stay is 3 months with a termination notice of one calendar month.
