I rent a nice bedroom of 11 m² in my house in which I live (I am 56 years old and I have a 27 years old daughter who does not live with me) in a nice house of 100m² with a big garden in Villejuif (Épi d'Or area) in a very quiet street.

To rent to a female student only from 18yo to 28yo.

The room is on the 1st floor, garden view, fully equipped (bed 140x190x18, 1 closet with 2 big mirrors, 1 desk, 1 chair, 1 bookcase, 1 big skylight under slope, fiber internet access, wifi, possibility to bring one's own television, 1 lamp)

To share the bathroom (bathtub, shower and WC) and the equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, small fridge, cooking equipment and dishes)rnthe basement (washing machine, dryer)rnFree access to the garden and the dining room

Gas heating (radiator in the room)

Smokers allowed only in the dining room and garden only.

I ask for a security deposit equivalent to 1 month of rent (excluding charges), which is cashed@the beginning of the lease and returned to the tenant@the end of the lease (according to the inventory of fixtures)
