A bit of history to start. Mansiones Coliving was born in the minds of our four founders, from different generations. We started, almost a year ago, from recognized and persistent observations: a growing isolation of individuals, a loss of interaction between generations and too few housing offers that really care about it. And Covid has not helped! Convinced that closer ties between seniors and young workers are mutually beneficial, we have imagined a place conducive to the creation of these strong, family relationships: intergenerational coliving. In practice, a careful selection of profiles will be carried out in order to guarantee a balanced, affinity-based house, inhabited by roommates convinced of our vision and its benefits. In a few points: 10 private rooms with individual bathrooms and toilets, 100m2 of common areas (living room, kitchen/dining room, cinema room, laundry room) and above all a superb garden of over 800m2 with outdoor lounge, barbecue, vegetable garden, pétanque court. The monthly rents for our rooms start at €775 up to €1130 (depending on the surface area) with all services/charges included: - Cleaning and maintenance of common areas for your comfort - Provision of basic common groceries (paper consumables, cleaning products, salt/pepper/oil/vinegar etc.) - Rent including all charges: energy (water/gas/electricity), home insurance, TV, high-speed fiber wi-fi, multimedia subscriptions (Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, etc.) - Organization of events to bring the Mansiones community to life.
