1 bedroom, furnished in a shared flat

furnished room in shared flat (4 guests) with reserved spaces for tenants: bathroom / WC, large kitchen-laundry-TV and small garden square. The accommodation is in my big house. The space tenants is independent, separated by a single door to my room and my bathroom / WC (accessible in case of necessity). The entrance is common and has a wardrobe. Bicycle. Sauna (2x2m²) is available free on owner's proposal (when it is already warm 4-5 times a month to 19h, rather WE), or when you feel like sitting for 3 €. Internet WIFI or CPL outlet. The cleaning of the kitchen, stairs, hallway and bathroom / WC tenants under their charge. If you wish (or if you do not do this properly), a maid takes care of it for you for 15 € per month. Accessible by public transport: - in 15 minutes: Massy Station and high schools (train or bus). - 30 mins: Polytechnique, ENSTA, HEC, Pharma (Chatenay-Malabry), CEA, Vélizy 2, Versailles ... - 40 min: Central School (Chatenay-Malabry) Supelec, Synchrotron Soleil, Orsay (Sup-optic IUT, university), Versailles (train yards), Bouygues (Velizy), PSA ... - 60 min: downtown Paris (RER B to Chatelet les Halles). This is a shared (not a hotel). I ask you simply not to slam doors, respect other tenants (cleanliness of toilet, cooker, sink, dishwasher, sink, shower ...) and exit (back then) your trash in the street. I provide: sheets, duvet, pillow, towel, bath mats, tea towels and cleaning products for the household.You will need to ventilate the room 5 minutes every morning (October to March). The duration of showers must be reasonable (3-4 min). Beyond that, I will ask you € 5 extra charge.
